Return and Refund

At APIARIUM SRL (“APIARIUM”), our goal is to ensure your full satisfaction with our services and products when using terraapis.com. For purchases made, if for one reason or another you have changed your mind, you can exercise your right to return the products.

In order to benefit from this service, please fill in the Return Form that you can find here, no later than the 10th working day from the date of picking up / receiving the product. You have the right to cancel the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within this period. Forms completed after the deadline will no longer be considered. For complete information about Returns and Refunds, please read the Terms and Conditions.

The right to return the products shall be deemed to be exercised correctly after the following conditions have been fully met:

a) The return form sent online through terraapis.com or another statement that explicitly attests the decision to cancel the placed order, must be completed correctly and sent to APIARIUM SRL, Bulevardul Corneliu Coposu, Nr. 5, 300552 Timișoara, Timiș, Romania, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of picking up / receiving the product;

b) The identification label must be attached to the product, together with the disposable seal, which is an integral part of the product;

c) The returned products must be in the complete original packaging in which they were delivered;

d) Products and packaging must not be damaged, incomplete, with signs of wear, scratches, bumps or missing accessories;

e) The product has been shipped within a maximum of two working days from the receipt of the Return Number by means of the notification received from APIARIUM;

f) Completion in the transport document or on the package of the Return Number.

If you have met all the requirements set out above, APIARIUM will fully refund the price of the products purchased and returned. You will pay only for the return shipping cost, unless APIARIUM SRL will expressly exempt this cost.

If you decide to use the recommended courier, APIARIUM will pay the return costs for you and will deduct them from the amounts to be reimbursed. If you call another courier, you will have to pay in advance for the return. With the courier service approved by APIARIUM, your amounts will be refunded even in case of theft or loss during the return to our headquarters.

You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted, as they do not comply with the conditions indicated in letters a), b), d), e) and f) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, APIARIUM reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount paid for their purchase.

You will also be contacted if the return cannot be accepted, as it does not comply with the conditions indicated in letter c) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to accept a decrease in the amounts to be refunded, due to the decrease in the value of the returned products, amounts that you will be informed or to have the purchased products returned at your expense. If you refuse this delivery, APIARIUM reserves the right to withhold the products and amounts indicated as a result of the decrease in the value of the returned products.

 

Non-returnable product

Some products such as, but not limited to: honey in combination with fruits (sea-buckthorn, cranberries, etc.), royal jelly, raw pollen or solid cream, require special storage conditions. Unable to have control over the storage conditions outside our organization, these products cannot be returned. Of course, we will tell you from the beginning what these non-returnable products are, so that you are fully aware when you order them.

 

How do I return?

We have created a very easy return procedure (in just three steps), in order to make the online shopping experience a pleasant experience for you, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

#1. Make sure that the products and packaging are in the same condition in which they were originally received, with all labels, seals, accessories, etc. still attached.

#2. Bring the product personally, at the office of APIARIUM SRL at Bulevardul Corneliu Coposu, Nr. 5, 300552 Timișoara, Timiș, Romania, during working hours, at the latest on the 10th working day from the date of picking up / receiving the product or filling in the return form online in order to obtain the return number, at the latest on the 10th working day following the date of collection / receipt of the product. After approving the Return Form, you will be notified by email of the request and you will receive the Return Number.

#3. Prepare the package, stick on the package (solid box, rigid cardboard, etc.), the label that must contain your data (Sender), our data (Recipient): APIARIUM SRL, Bulevardul Corneliu Coposu, Nr. 5, 300552 Timișoara, Timiș, Romania, tel: 0735 735 000 and Return number: ***** (Number received from us) and contact the courier by phone or online, to arrange the details of picking up the package. Tick ​​Normal Delivery and when paying the fees tick “Recipient” if the courier is the one recommended by APIARIUM SRL and sends the package no later than two working days after receiving our notification.

 

Reimbursement

After APIARIUM has received the returned products and verified that all conditions have been met, you will receive an email confirmation that the returned products have been accepted or, if a decrease in the value of the returned products has been detected, you will receive an email in which you will be informed of the amount deducted from the refund. Regardless of the form of payment used, the refund procedure will start within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the time APIARIUM verifies that the return has been made in accordance with the above conditions. APIARIUM will ask you in writing for the details of the account in which the refund will be ordered. If the return was made in person at our headquarters, after accepting the returned products, the refund will be made on the spot. Reimbursement of amounts will be ordered only for duly returned products and packaging.

 

Identification label

All products sold by the seller include an identification label attached, along with a disposable seal. Returned products without a label or disposable seal will not be accepted.

 

Courier

You will be informed by APIARIUM about the courier approved for shipping the products. If you use the courier recommended by us, APIARIUM will pay the shipping costs and will track the package at any time. Please contact the courier (or visit their website) and arrange for the package to be picked up. If you decide to use a courier other than the one offered by APIARIUM, you will have to pay in advance for the return costs and you will be responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to the products during transport.

 

Consumer code

These conditions for exercising the right of return are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and are regulated by Romanian law. For complete information about return and refund, please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in the event of abuse, such as repeated returns.

 

Defective packaging

What does a defective packaging mean? It means a ceramic or glass bottle, a broken or cracked lid or cork but in no case an altered content. Normally there is not the slightest chance of such a thing happening. However, if you have received a defective product, we undertake to replace it immediately. For us, it immediately means on the same day, on the spot, if you arrive with the product in question at our headquarters during working hours. If the products have been delivered to you by courier, the new product will be sent as soon as the courier is available to pick up the package, no later than the first working day after the day you informed us. In the event that the replacement cannot be made, an example being the exhaustion of the stock for the respective product, we will agree, of course without any significant inconvenience to you, a proper compensation or refund of the amount paid. It’s all up to you.
