Shipping and Delivery


The company that manages the site www.terraapis.com is APIARIUM SRL (“APIARIUM”) having its registered office in Comuna Sacoșu Turcesc, 307361 Sat Uliuc, Nr. 282, Timiș, Romania, Serial number in the trade register J35 / 806 / 26.03.2013, Unique Registration Code RO 31414150 and the subscribed and paid-in share capital of 400 RON.

Our first option in sending orders is GLS Romania SRL.

You can place orders daily between 00:00 and 24:00. Guarantee of shipment of products during the same working day is possible if the order was placed no later than 14:00.

We undertake to ensure the proper packaging, sealing and labeling of the package.

Please pay due attention to filling in the data in the order form, because in case the transport documents will be filled in with the incorrect data provided, we decline any responsibility for any delays.

The courier will try to make deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00. The courier will try to deliver the package for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification for each attempt. If the courier cannot deliver the parcel due to an incorrect address, he will do his best, within reasonable limits, to find the correct address. The courier will notify us of the change made and will try to deliver the package to the correct address, but may ask for additional fees.

You can give special instructions (via the courier’s website or by any other means) for the package to be delivered to another location / person (for example: a neighbor or a neighborhood address) or you can express your wish to pick up the package from an address in a courier-approved location. In these cases, however, the courier is no longer responsible for any loss or damage of any kind, produced as a result of fulfilling the special delivery instructions provided by you. The courier reserves the right to charge an administration fee for fulfilling the special delivery instructions.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse. You will pay the return value if the package cannot be delivered for the following reasons: two delivery attempts have been made, you refuse to receive the package and / or you refuse to pay the value of the goods.

If you notice damage to the package (the package is broken, unsealed, with traces of moisture, there is a suspicion that the products are broken / leaked, etc.), they must be mentioned on the spot and expressly on the delivery sheet and you will ask the courier to return the package to APIARIUM, without the need to pay any fee. If the package seems to be intact and still inside it, when you opened it, you found broken, melted, broken, unsealed products, etc. please immediately take pictures of the contents as you opened it, without removing the products from the box. The pictures you will send us represent our justification, in the relationship with the courier, regarding the packaging method and the damages caused. In both cases, please notify us immediately, in order to send you a new package as soon as possible, replacing your damaged products. You will thus leave to us all the worries of transportation. All you have to do is enjoy the ordered products.


Times and costs

We ship orders from Monday to Thursday, the delivery will be made within 2-14 working days and depends on the destination address. Please note that delivery times are for working days and that weekend days or public holidays are not taken into account. Exceptions are also the cases of force majeure (calamities, natural disasters, impassable roads, accidents, etc.). The products are delivered directly to the address completed by you. The shipment of the order will be communicated to you by an e-mail / SMS sent by the courier company. APIARIUM reserves the right to confirm orders before fulfilling them, contacting customers.

Shipping and delivery of products will be free for orders exceeding 500 RON (VAT included). A shipping and delivery fee will be applied for orders with a price lower than this amount, amounting to 25 RON (VAT included). An additional fee will be charged for areas not covered by the courier company’s services. You will be notified before shipment, on the additional costs, having the possibility to opt for home delivery, by assuming the additional cost of transport or personal collection of products from the nearest zonal center of the courier company.

To the extent that, for certain localities, there is a better offer, available from another courier, we will offer you this alternative, because our express desire is to do everything possible to keep costs as low as possible.

APIARIUM reserves the right to delay or cancel shipments of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons beyond APIARIUM’s control including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances or other impediments to force majeure, according to the customs of Romanian law.


The countries we ship to

We ship, in principle, to any country, with prior telephone confirmation of the order. That’s why, please, send us a valid phone number where we can contact you. For international shipments it is necessary to pay in advance for the products and the shipping and delivery costs.

The site should automatically recognize the country from which you logged in and set it as the default delivery destination.

It is possible to change the delivery country in both the “BILLING DETAILS” and the “DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?” modules.


Tracking the package

After shipment you will recieve the AWB number (Air Waybill), and you will be able to check at any time here. Enter your AWB number in the “Where is my shipment?” box to find out in real time where the package is.
